5.1 To work effectively, the Property Committee needs to have representation from all the thirteen churches, whether or not there is a building project on-going or anticipated in the future. The Property Committee will play an important role in assisting the work of the Church Wardens in their responsibility for the care of the church building.
Nick Musselle will begin the selection process this month to explore his vocation as a Deacon and we all wished him well and were encouraged to pray for him during this time.

- Rev Philip asked that if anyone is interested in this work to contact him directly. It is important to get this committee up and running promptly – as there are a number of churches with building projects in process this year. For example, bells at St Peters’ roof at Llanbedr, heating at Llanfair, this will need the support of the mission area conference in order to go forward.
- Rev Phil thanked everyone for attending the service and all were invited to join the bring and share lunch in the church hall, to look at the reports from the various groups who have been busy across the churches during the year; and to chat and get to know one another better.
